Ezra is a dedicated open-source contributor and community leader within the Python and PostgreSQL ecosystems. As Python WA Lead under Python Ghana and former leader of Pyclub AAMUSTED, he champions developer education and engagement across West Africa.
Ezra serves the broader tech community as a DjangoCon US organizer, PostgreSQL US Diversity Committee member, and Social Media Manager for PG DATA 2026. He regularly shares his expertise as a speaker at local Python events, fostering knowledge exchange and collaboration within the developer community.
Through mentoring, volunteering, and active community engagement, Ezra exemplifies a commitment to inclusive growth and continuous learning in the open-source landscape, making meaningful contributions that strengthen the global developer ecosystem.
The BPD council is the sounding board for decisions that need to be made in Black Python Devs. They are the advisory group who share how our actions can impact their communities. The council is made up of organizers, BPD leaders and those in leadership positions around the Python world.
